Modalities
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR)
EMDR is a structured, evidence-based psychotherapy designed to help people process and reduce the distress associated with traumatic memories and other disturbing life experiences. It is recommended for posttraumatic stress disorder and has also been applied to anxiety, depression, phobias, complicated grief, and some other conditions.
DBT is an evidence-based cognitive-behavioral treatment developed to help people manage intense emotions, reduce self-destructive behaviors, and build a life worth living. It is widely used for emotion dysregulation across many diagnoses.
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
TF-CBT is an evidence-based treatment for ages 3-18 years old, designed to help children, adolescents, and their caregivers process and recover from trauma. TF-CBT aims to reduce trauma-related symptoms (like PTSD, anxiety, and depression), build coping skills, and strengthen family communication and resilience. Sessions are structured, time-limited, and adapted to the child’s developmental level.
Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
CBT is an evidence-based psychotherapy that helps people identify and change unhelpful thoughts and behaviors contributing to emotional distress. CBT is collaborative and goal-oriented, often involving homework between sessions to practice new ways of thinking and responding, with measurable progress over weeks to months.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Integrating somatic interventions into therapy supports healing by attending to the body as well as the mind. When blended with talk-based approaches, somatic methods deepen safety, increase embodiment, and improve capacity for self-soothing and resilience.
Somatic Interventions
Family therapy supports healthier communication, stronger relationships, and emotional understanding within the family system. Sessions focus on improving connection, reducing conflict, and developing tools that support regulation and cooperation. This approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to each family’s needs.
Family Therapy
Attachment- Based Therapy
Attachment & Relational Healing–Based Therapy focuses on how early relationships and life experiences shape emotional regulation, self-worth, and patterns in relationships. Grounded in the ARC framework (Attachment, Regulation, and Competency), this approach supports healing by strengthening emotional safety, regulation skills, and a sense of agency. Therapy is paced, relational, and tailored to support lasting change.
